President's Messages - Each month read about what the TailWind Tandem Club president, Jay Brosnan, has to talk about in the club's monthly newsletter, Double Spok'n.

Membership Cost and Rider Profile:

We consider our club a "free membership club".  However, for those that would like to join and contribute $20.00 per team your donation will be greatly appreciated. If you have an interest in our club and would like to join, please fill out the rider profile below and return to Susanna Sisk at newsiesuziesisk@carolina.rr.com. Mail checks and forms to: Susanna Sisk, 11918 Hookston Ln., Charlotte, NC 28273. You will be included in our monthly newsletter, Double Spok'n as well as any last minute rides and events that are planned for the club. Make checks out to Susanna Sisk NOT TailWind Tandem Club.

Membership dues: Because this is still a free membership club, the only thing that we ask of members when coming out to ride, we ask that you contribute $1.00 each rider. This money goes into the TailWind Tandem Club treasury. Currently, this is our only means of putting money back into our club. We will also accept four quarters contribution if you ride.

Members:

TailWind Tandem Club members consist of a variety of individuals. From "A" group riders (19-22+ avg.)  to "B" group riders (11-18 avg.) and beyond. Tandem experience from 3-4 months, 4 yrs, 6 years, 7 years, 15 years and 20 years respectively give all members a degree of tandem basics to tandem "we know all" techniques. Tandem age team ranges from 72-/+ to 125-/+. They all enjoy one common bond, "two people riding one bike".

Hospitality Tandem Home:

Interested in becoming a TailWind Tandem Hospitality Home. If so fill out the form and return. Follow the easy steps to become a home host for traveling tandem cyclists.
